To track your order please use the tracking number emailed to you once your order has been shipped. Please contact USPS/UPS with any issues with delivery times. If you suspect your item had been misdelivered or lost-PLEASE CONTACT US VIA EMAILemail@example.com. We cannot assist with lost or delayed packages without a tracking number or order number. If lost we will submit a claim and walk you through the remaining processes.
You have 3 days from the date your package is delivered to initiate your return process to receive a full refund on your order. If we receive a return request after the 3rd day it will not be accepted. Once you have received the return label, you have 4 days to send it back. After the return label expires, you will not be able to return your order. Customers are responsible for the cost of all returns. If we find any defects, sign of wear or smell we reserve the right to deny your return. Once your return is received please allow 2-3 business days for your refund to be issued.

We will be happy to accept exchanges of unworn merchandise within 24 hours of sale. All tags must be attached. Shipping cost will be paid by the customer. All exchanges must provide a proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation email or packing slip). Customer will receive store credit for purchase amount. NO CASH EXCHANGES!
We will not accept exchanges on SALE. All items ending in $.50, $.95 or anything other than $.00 are final sale. Orders using discount codes are also final sale. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED.
